I am not a coffee addict (except Starbucks Frappuccino). But i don’t mind to have a cuppa once a while. I love chilling in a cafe, listening to music, reading some books, spending time with family or friends.
Last Saturday, Joanne suggested to go to La Roasteria Coffee. I am excited! I meant Seremban is no longer as a boring town as before! 😀 We got to know about this cafe from some blogs and received good reviews.
La Roasteria Coffee has two outlets. The one that we visited is in Jalan Kong Sang, it’s also their first outlet. The new branch is in Seremban 2, located nearby to Jusco S2.
The cafe is quite small but has a very cozy atmosphere. Magazine and newspaper are provided. Sentimental songs are being played too.
La Roasteria offered a great coffee selection. I ordered a Hazelnut Latte (RM8.20). It has a great blend of sweetness and flavor.
Joanne ordered Cakes + Coffee Set (RM12.80). I find that this blueberry cheese cake was fine, but i would prefer it to be more fluffy. This cheesecake is best served very cold and in the company of good coffee.
Mom had Macadamia Nut Latte (RM8.20) and Spaghetti Chicken Bolognese (RM10.80). The nutty flavor was good but not really strong. As for spaghetti, the sauce is flavorful and the spaghetti are well cooked.
For all the three lattes, my favorite is the hazelnut latte. It doesn’t have that overly sweet taste that a lot of flavored lattes do. Velvety and smooth, lightly sweet rather than cloying. The hazelnut flavor was subtle but definitely there.
This is my happy mom! So happy to see my mom happily enjoying her time!
La Roasteria Coffee is a modern little coffee shop with a friendly staff and reasonably priced.
