This restaurant called Bread Basket Bakery. Located in Kota Kemuning.
The restaurant owner started off selling pastries like bread and cakes and eventually evolved into a cafe and a Chinese restaurant on the top floor. Here they offer lots more foods other than just bread and cakes. It serves a wide range of food ranging from our local food to the Western Food.
I ordered Fish Curry. The curry was very nice and savory flavour. The flesh of the fish is tender and juicy and the curry sauce complements the fresh fish head very well. They have put long beans, brinjal and ‘tau fu pok’ in the curry too.
Steven ordered Fried Rice with Pandan Chicken. Served with Keropok, tomotoes and a fried egg. The rice was soft and nice. The chicken are wrapped with pandan leaves (screw pine wrap) and then deep fried in oil. The boneless chicken are well marinated with seasonings and spices.
A complimentary with a scoop of ice cream as dessert.
