Red Bean Tong Sui

This is my first time making Red Bean Soup.

Very easy. Just follow the steps:

Ingredients/
300g Red beans  / 1 bar Gula Melaka or 1 cup sugar (according to taste)   / 4 pcs Pandan leaves / 1.5L Water /1 cup Coconut milk (optional)
How To/
1/   Wash red beans. Set aside.
2/   Put in red beans, pandan leaves and water, cook for 1 1/2 hours.
3/  Add Gula Melaka. Stir well. Cook for another 1/2 an hour.
4/  Add in the coconut milk, mix well, turn off the fire.
Serves 2 person.
